“My wife started working out at Wallace Fitness 2.5 years ago. After about 6 months of her telling me how much she loved it and noticing improvements in her strength and posture, I decided to give it a try myself.

I have been attending 30 minute personal training sessions twice a week for almost 2 years and I am very happy with my progress. I was hesitant to workout because I have a shoulder injury, but the staff at Wallace Fitness has speciality training in working out people of all ages, all abilities and even working with injuries.

Sińe, Lincoln, and all team are all great trainers and caring people. I now have more range of motion and no pain in my injured shoulder. Other benefits I have noticed are: improved posture, better balance, increased strength and weight loss. Sińe was able give dietary recommendations like increasing my protein intake to augment my working out.I have lost 25 pounds and gone down 2 pant sizes since starting at Wallace Fitness.

I feel so much healthier than I did 2 years ago. I would highly recommend joining the Wallace Family to improve your strength, fitness and general health.” Jeffrey A. Goodman MD, Gastroenterologist

These are just a few of my positive results. I absolutely love coming to Wallace Fitness. Sine and Lincoln are always so friendly and happy. They truly care about all of their clients, and that is important.

” My friend recommended Wallace Fitness for me to get back in shape safely. I used to have severe back pain which hurt my sleep. I couldn’t sleep.

I have been going to Wallace Fitness for 5 years. I have lost 56lb and I no longer take insulin and lower the dosage of my diabetic medicine. I sleep well now and I do not have back pains. I feel stronger and better than I have ever felt before. I highly recommend Wallace Fitness for personal trainer.” A. Reif

“I’m 44 years old, I have been riding horses since I was 6 years old. Teaching and competing was my life. On a fathers day, I called my dad to wish him Happy Father’s Day and I went out to ride my bike. I was hit by a drunk driver. I don’t remember the accident but I remember seeing blood and I couldn’t move. When I was in the hospital, doctor came and said I BROKE MY NECK. I had a fracture on C4, and C5  in addition to severe burn on my skin. I was terrified.

After my surgeries, I was searching for a very specific expert to get me back in shape so I can be healthy enough to do my job. I don’t like being surrounded by gym rat, selfies in the mirror, and meat heads. You don’t get any of that at Wallace Fitness. I love the quality and the diversity of their client base. I really enjoy seeing the application of their mission statement that they provide personalized experience for every single person comes there. It is not a catch phrase. That’s actually what’s happening. I don’t think that exist anywhere else. There is no way to know that until you get in, express what you need and have them formulate the program for you specifically.

The formula how Wallace Fitness does their thing, is a specific formula they developed and it cannot be replicated. Attention to details really impressed me. If my body is acting in someway, they immediately make adjustments. You don’t get anything like that anywhere else.

After only a few months, I stared riding my horses and had the confidence to do my job. I knew this is the team I would like to have in my life. As I’m aging and my body changing, riding different horses I know Wallace Fitness team will continue to get on going personalized treatment. They will keep me strong and I will ride as long as I can.”

“Wallace Fitness builds happy, healthy humans, starting at whatever stage of life or fitness you may be. Over the past two years, I have trained with all the personal trainers. They always ask “how are you today?”, and they really want to know, because they will suit your workout to care for anything that is hurting at the moment.

Two years ago, I couldn’t pick up my knees fast enough to run, not even a few steps. I have gotten strong enough to participate in 2 5Ks and twice in Eustis Amazing Race for Charity. I have no interest in being any kind of “champion”, just a fit and feisty Senior who can live life without the elevator.”
