The Wallace Fitness Strength Training and Toning Program will enable you to lose weight, build lean muscle, and increase bone density and joint strength. We will create a customized program based on your body type, your fitness level, and your goals.

With strength training and toning, your large muscle groups will increase lean body mass far more efficiently than by spot training alone.  You will burn more calories and lose more weight during exercise – and even when you are at rest!

Our Strength Training and Toning Program consists of two to three sessions a week focusing on large muscle groups and cardiovascular exercises.
