Aging is often comes with degeneration and limited functionality effecting the quality of lives. In some severe cases you or someone you care may be suffering from Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as sting and standing, getting dressed and simply moving around. Wallace Fitness Seniors program can be an important factor increasing health and longevity.

There are several diseases and health conditions as well as the personal fitness level of each individual to consider when creating a custom training program. Not all seniors are equal. Our body changes. Our bones muscle fiber characteristics, bone structure, joints, and our cardiovascular performance diminishes by age. Older people tend to waddle when they walk – a result of poor balance.  But after only five weeks with Wallace Fitness, my walking became much stronger.  I also have more energy and feel less pain from my Osteoarthritis.   I have more energy and vitality and feel more independent.  Everything feels better – even my attitude!
